I was born in Riga, capital of Latvia and then after born moved to the Daugavpils, Latvian second biggest city surrounded by beautiful fields, woods and lakes. So since earlier childhood I was inspired by nature and by
my family which I love very much and which made me be like I am.

Parents gave me pencil in 1 year’s age. Since that time I almost never take it out from my hand.

After school I’ve decided to get graphic design and illustration education, there was no any doubt what
profession to choose. I decided to go to Moscow, where now I study in the British Higher School of Art and Design. At the same time making: personal, commercial and university projects, visiting exhibitions, museums, theatres and drawing sketches sitting in cosy cafes at the centre of Moscow.

After Moscow I want to continue my education in Scandinavia or in the UK and try myself also in
motion design, photography and video. In my works I use PC, wacom, pencil, old photographs,
monotyping, felt pens and many others.

Over the last three years I have worked for Bayer, some Latvian newspapers and Russian companies.

Also I have many personal projects will are in progress and which I will finish this year, like personal
web site, my home city’s brand identity and children book with my illustrations and fairy tales.
